A one-story Early Childhood/Pre-Kindergarten/Kindergarten campus serving approximately 760 students ages 3 to 6, with 42 classrooms organized around a central library and learning commons.
Project Overview
This Aldine ISD Early Childhood, Pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten campus is designed to serve students ages 3 to 6 in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment. The one-story, approximately 760-student school features 42 classrooms organized into six grade-level clusters surrounding a centrally located library and learning commons.
Classroom Clusters
The campus includes dedicated Pre-K, Kindergarten, and Special Populations clusters, including a specialized suite with a classroom, changing room, shower, restroom, and storage for students with significant disabilities. Pre-K classrooms each include an in-class student restroom, while Kindergarten classrooms share group restrooms connected by open activity spaces that encourage collaboration and supervised learning.
Specialized Instruction
Specialized instructional spaces—including a computer lab, maker space, art room, science classroom, and music classroom with direct access to a performance platform—support a well-rounded curriculum and hands-on educational experiences.
