The Horizon Leadership Academy is a 38,000 SF private school in Southwest Houston. This project reused an existing detention area, landscape, and parking from a project that was started in 2012, but not completed.
Owner-Led Delivery
The owner served as the general contractor to reap cost reductions. The Raindrop Foundation has knowledgeable members in public school design and construction.
