Project Overview
This Aldine ISD CTE high school is new construction, with a unique eye-shaped design, intended to accommodate 1,500 students. Each student attends all-day classes, taking core academic classes as well as career and technical programs.
Academic and Career Programs
Academic classrooms include English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Career programs include Engineering, Audio/Video, Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Health Science, Business Administration, and Automotive Shop.
Campus Features
Although there are no school athletic teams, the physical education facilities include a half-court gym and a fitness room with lockers and showers, an outdoor hard surface play area, soccer fields, and a baseball field. The high school is a two-story building with a separate detached facility for the automotive repair and body shop. A large interior courtyard includes an amphitheater, and the library and a portion of the cafeteria have views into the courtyard.
