Project Overview
Renovations for twenty FBISD schools consisted of various types of renovation approaches. Some schools had sections of the flooring that were water damaged and in need of complete removal and remediation, while others needed resurfacing or standard replacement.
Assessment and Remediation
MWA Architects was responsible for assessing the damage and making recommendations as well as construction documents. Once renovations began, MWA found much of the flooring and underlayment was contaminated, which required remediation.
