Project Overview
MWA Architects, as part of a 50/50 joint venture, provided architectural services for the replacement of W.E. Greiner Exploratory Arts Academy in Dallas ISD, the district's dedicated middle school magnet for visual and performing arts.
Arts-Focused Campus
The campus includes a professional-quality performance auditorium with a full stage and fly loft, dance studios, music and visual arts classrooms, theater spaces, a gymnasium, library, cafeteria, and traditional academic classrooms.
Integrating Arts and Academics
Designed to integrate fine arts with academics, the facility provides flexible learning environments that foster creativity, collaboration, and student performance while supporting Greiner's specialized arts curriculum.
