Project Overview
This project was a new 102,000 SF one story new school designed for 5th and 6th grades, for a total of 900 students. It includes 8 groups of 4 classrooms around the perimeter of the building with an inner core of the building containing restrooms and mechanical rooms, providing a cost-effective layout for plumbing and HVAC systems.
Special Classrooms
Special classrooms included science classrooms, language classrooms, art labs, music wing, as well as full size gymnasium, cafetorium, administration area, and library.
