Worthing High School was designed to replace outdated building facility. New design includes the gymnasiums, kitchen, dining, administration area, clinic, and classrooms. A Junior ROTC suite, with a shooting range is provided, as well as Art, Hospitality, Special Education, and 8 learning centers. The school campus is designed for 1,100 students. Directly accessible to the Student Dining Area is an exterior courtyard that will be used as a flexible outdoor learning environment. The student dining area will accommodate 400 students, and is open with no walls, adjacent to the “Great Hall”, and may be used as gathering, collaborating, teaming, and socializing space.
